Event tickets
Unless an event page states otherwise, ticket purchases are final. If CATS cancels an event, ticket holders will receive instructions about refunds or credits.
Duplicate or incorrect payments
Contact info@theuscats.org promptly with the purchaser name, event and hosted-checkout reference.
Donations and memberships
Donations and completed life-membership payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
